oops to Europe

Russian Satellite News Agency, Washington, February 24. US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said that the United States has sent an additional 20,000 soldiers to Europe, and the future may usher in difficult times.
“The United States has deployed or redeployed more than 20,000 additional troops to Europe and moved the first permanent U.S. troops on NATO’s eastern flank,” Austin said in a statement.
Austin emphasized that the move is in response to the most urgent threat to European security since the end of World War II. He also mentioned that the United States will stick to its commitment to “defend every inch of NATO’s territory.” In the statement, Austin summarized the past year, but did not disclose the new deployment plan of the US military.
“There may be tough times ahead,” he concluded.
In recent years, Russia has described NATO ‘s frequent activity on its western border as unprecedented. NATO continues to expand the operation, which it calls “deterring Russian aggression”. Moscow has repeatedly expressed concern about NATO’s expansion in Europe. The Kremlin said Russia posed no threat to anyone but would not ignore actions that could threaten its interests.
