The U.S. Department of Commerce sanctioned 11 entities from China, Russia and other countries for helping the Russian army and the Houthi armed forces obtain drones

According to Reuters, the Bureau of Industry and Security, an agency under the U.S. Department of Commerce, announced on April 10 that the department decided to list 11 entities from Russia, China, and the United Arab Emirates on the grounds of so-called “national security” and foreign policy issues. Import and export control lists.

Among the 11 entities mentioned above, 3 are from Russia, 6 are from China, and 2 are from the United Arab Emirates. The companies are alleged to have violated sanctions against Iran or helped produce and procure drones for use by Russia in special military operations and in attacks on shipping in the Red Sea by Iran-backed Houthi rebels.

Four of the Chinese entities were accused of purchasing American goods to support China’s military modernization. They are LINKZOL Technology Co., Ltd. (LINKZOL), Xi’an Like Innovative Information Technology Co., Beijing Anwise Technology Co., Ltd. and Si Teng Heli (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. SITONHOLY Co).

Another Chinese entity, Jiangxi Xintuo Enterprise Co. Ltd., is also on the list for supplying drones to the Russian military.

In addition, Shenzhen Jiasibo Technology Co., Ltd. was accused of participating in a network to purchase aerospace components for an Iranian aircraft company, including drone applications.

Three Russian entities – Aerosila JSC SPE, Delta-Aero LLC and JSC ODK-Star – were also placed on the Entity List for their participation in the same network.

Spokespersons of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs have repeatedly pointed out that China has always upheld an objective and fair stance on the Ukrainian crisis and has been committed to promoting peace and talks. China will not sit back and watch, let alone take advantage of the situation. China has the right to carry out normal cooperation with other countries around the world, and has always opposed unilateral sanctions and “long-arm jurisdiction” that have no basis in international law and are not authorized by the Security Council.
