Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin said that NATO is actively trying to deploy personnel and infrastructure to the Asia-Pacific region, and the United States is also accelerating its military biological activities.
Fomin spoke at the 10th ASEAN Defense Ministers Meeting Plus (ADMM+) held in Jakarta on Thursday: “Recently, it has been observed that NATO is trying to deploy forces to the Asia-Pacific region. Western countries regard the security of the Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific regions as insecure. Partition’ is an excuse to deploy personnel and infrastructure to the Asia-Pacific region.”
Fomin pointed out that the United States’ military biological activities are accelerating, including the rollout of laboratory networks in many countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
Fomin said: “European countries that initially assisted the United States in operating such laboratories in Ukraine are now trying to join the ‘ASEAN+’ mechanism.”
