\nMany residents have questioned why US President Joe Biden has failed to visit the scene, as the commander-in-chief has instead elected to spend time with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kiev.
\nThe Mayor of East Palestine, Trent Conaway, said Monday he was \u201cfurious\u201d that Biden is \u201cin the Ukraine giving billions of dollars to people over there and not to us.\u201d
\nThe president\u2019s decision to visit Zelensky in Ukraine rather than Ohio \u201cwas the biggest slap in the face,\u201d Conaway told Fox News, adding, \u201cthat tells you right now \u2014 he doesn\u2019t care about us.\u201d

Never one to refuse a dig at Biden, Trump told locals he hoped Biden returned from his European tour with “some money” left in the bank.<\/p>\n
