President Trump\u2002<\/u><\/a>on Sunday said the GOP \u201chas never been so united\u201d after recent tension between himself and some members of the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Republican Party has never been so UNITED AS IT iS RIGHT NOW!\u201d the president said in a post on his Truth Social platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOther than Rand Paul, Rand Paul\u2002<\/u><\/a>Jr.(Massie!), Marjorie \u2018Traitor\u2019 Brown, and a couple of other \u2018lowlifes,\u2019 and other than the fact that many want the Election threatening Filibuster TERMINATED (the Dems will do it in the first minute of their first chance!), and some don\u2019t, there is great spirit and cohesion \u2013 Plus, the Republican Party is MUCH BIGGER than it was when I announced in 2015 or, ever was before \u2013 Many Millions More Members!\u201d he added, referencing<\/u><\/a> Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene\u2002<\/u><\/a>(R-Ga.) and Thomas Massie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Friday, Trump said Greene\u2019s announcement that she is exiting Congress early next year was \u201cgreat news for the country\u201d after he had previously revoked his backing of her. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greene had referenced her split with the president and said remarks from Trump were \u201churtful\u201d in a previous statement unveiling her decision<\/u><\/a>. The Georgia Republican, who had bucked her party in recent weeks, added that she rejected being \u201ca \u2018battered wife\u2019 hoping it all goes away and gets better.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like Greene, Massie has also recently gone against his party<\/u><\/a>, notably on the issue of files linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Earlier this month, Trump promoted Massie\u2019s GOP rival in his primary<\/u><\/a>, Ed Gallrein, prior to next year\u2019s elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThird Rate Congressman Thomas Massie,<\/u><\/a> a Weak and Pathetic RINO from the Great Commonwealth of Kentucky, a place I love, and won big SIX TIMES, must be thrown out of office, ASAP!\u201d Trump wrote on Truth Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump\u2019s Sunday post also comes amid rough political territory for the president, with recent Democratic election victories, an approval rating of 41.5 percent in a polling average from<\/u><\/a> Decision Desk HQ and controversy swirling around his relationship with Epstein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe now have the Strongest Border EVER, Biggest Tax Cuts, the Best Economy, Highest Stock Market in USA History, and sooo much more. BUT, THE BEST IS YET TO COME! VOTE REPUBLICAN!!!\u201d Trump said in the Sunday post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
