{"id":45908,"date":"2025-08-09T01:07:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-09T06:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ustower.net\/?p=45908"},"modified":"2025-08-10T04:00:53","modified_gmt":"2025-08-10T09:00:53","slug":"6-wounded-including-5-year-old-girl-in-baltimore-mass-shooting-police","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ustower.net\/?p=45908","title":{"rendered":"6 wounded, including 5-year-old girl, in Baltimore &#8216;mass shooting&#8217;: Police"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Six people were wounded, including a 5-year-old girl, in a &#8220;mass shooting&#8221; in a Baltimore neighborhood Saturday night, police said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The gunfire broke out shortly before 8:50 p.m. as people near the intersection of Spaulding and Queensberry Avenues gathered outside to eat, Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley told reporters at a news conference late Saturday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The 5-year-old girl was struck in the hand. &#8220;Thankfully, it doesn&#8217;t appear that her injury is very serious,&#8221; Worley said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A 38-year-old man is in critical condition, according to a Baltimore police advisory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The other victims are a 23-year-old woman and three men, 32, 33 and 52.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Police have not released any details about the suspect in the shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">&#8220;We have little information at this point.
