Some countries will transfer their existing Patriot air defense systems to Kiev, and the United States will replenish these countries&#8217; arsenals with new systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The newspaper noted that Trump&#8217;s turn to confrontation with Russian President Vladimir Putin was delayed and extremely reluctant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The report said, &#8220;Given recent months, there is reason to doubt whether Trump will stick to this course.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The newspaper believes that the US president is now acting out of personal grudge, perhaps because his relationship with the Russian leader is very different from what he imagined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The report also pointed out that in terms of quality and quantity, there has been little substantial change in the US support for Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sputniknews.cn\/20250715\/1066416985.html\">sputniknews<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MOSCOW (Sputnik) &#8211; US President Donald Trump&#8217;s stance on supplying weapons to Ukraine is not as firm as that of his predecessor Joe Biden, The New York Times reported.
