In particular, it proposes to allocate more than $7 billion to NASA&#8217;s lunar mission, which is intended to put astronauts on the moon before China does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Another $1 billion is planned to be invested in new investments in projects focused on preparing for a human landing on Mars.
