Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs<\/a> is accused of dangling a person over an apartment balcony and of coercing two additional women into commercial sex acts in an expanded indictment federal prosecutors filed against him Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combs was\u2002indicted in the Southern District of New York in September<\/a> on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. The new indictment does not add charges to his case but adds two more victims to the charge of transportation to engage in prostitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the new filing, Combs \u201cused force, threats of force, and coercion, to cause victims, including but not limited to three female victims\u201d to engage in commercial sex acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the new items in the superseding indictment include an allegation that Combs \u201cdangled a victim over an apartment balcony,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prosecutors also expanded the timeline and details regarding the alleged methods in which Combs committed the crimes he\u2019s charged with. While the first indictment said the period of alleged racketeering conspiracy dates back to 2008, the new filing said it dates back four years earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The indictment expanded the kidnapping charges to include violations of both California and New York law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also adds two more substances \u2014 psilocyn and methamphetamine \u2014 in Combs\u2019 alleged racketeering activity involving narcotics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A spokesperson for the Southern District of New York declined to comment on the new filing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marc Agnifilo, one of Combs\u2019 attorneys, said in a statement: \u201cThe prosecution\u2019s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs\u2019 former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combs has denied all the allegations against him to date, which include the federal criminal case and\u2002more than 30 civil lawsuits<\/a> filed against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\u2019s been in federal custody since September at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. Combs\u2019 trial is scheduled to begin in May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
