It resumed Wednesday morning as a \u201csmall sluggish lava flow,\u201d and then increased into a fountain that appeared to be 200 feet (60 meters) high, the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">By the afternoon, visitors to the national park on the Big Island were able to see two fountains from an overlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The observatory said it was possible fountain heights would increase as more gas-rich lava erupted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe park is already very busy with people eager to see the eruption and we expect visitation to increase as the news gets out again,\u201d Jessica Ferracane, park spokesperson, said in an email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Hawaii Volcanoes National Park encompasses the summits of two of the world\u2019s most active volcanoes: Kilauea and Mauna Loa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The eruption is visible from many&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/havo\/planyourvisit\/eruption-viewing.htm\">public overlooks<\/a>&nbsp;in the park.
