He referenced the nation\u2019s growth in infrastructure and sustainability amid an improving economy during the speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOver $1.4 trillion in infrastructure, $1 trillion so far in private sector investments in America. The biggest investment ever in climate and in the history of the world,\u201d Biden said, citing statistics from his administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
