If they produced them, they let them go. If not, they took them in.\u201d<br \/>\nSources said dozens were arrested by border agents and most likely expelled to Mexico.<br \/>\nAs The Post has documented, around\u00a060 migrants slipped over the border\u00a0in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and others\u00a0freely\u00a0admitted to The Post they snuck into the country\u00a0and\u00a0had been sleeping on the streets near Sacred Heart Church\u00a0for days.<br \/>\nDiscarded belongings following US Border Patrol\u2019s raid on migrants sleeping on the streets of El Paso.James Keivom for NY Post<br \/>\nAs Border Patrol continued taking migrants into custody Wednesday, church\u00a0volunteers hurriedly ushered people onto its property and out of the reach from agents, as houses of worship are considered off limits.<br \/>\n\u201cI need you to take your child, and come with me,\u201d said a volunteer to a group of migrants, adding, \u201cThere are more vans coming to take you away.\u201d<br \/>\nA pregnant migrant woman sobbed as she rushed to squeeze into a long, narrow gated area with others who are in the US illegally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s no space left inside the church \u2014 it\u2019s filled with\u00a0women and children, so we\u2019re just standing out here and could be deported at anytime. All we can do is run if they try to get us,\u201d a Venezuelan migrant, who only wanted to be identified\u00a0as Johnny because\u00a0he is in the US illegally, told The Post.<br \/>\nEl Paso has seen an increase in migrant crossings since the last week of December when\u00a0Title 42 was extended, allowing the US to keep asylum-seekers from certain countries out of the US.<br \/>\nThe Post witnessed a number of migrants missing from spots where they had been sleeping near the house of worship Wednesday morning.
