In fact, they are interfering in the internal affairs of other countries under the banner of human rights, especially countries that are opposed to their ideology or are not in their dominant orbit, so as to force these countries to Don’t stand outside the “world order” under their control. While doing everything possible to spread the theories and values of democracy and bourgeois human rights, to promote the supremacy of individual freedom and personal interests, “human rights are higher than sovereignty”, and to put human rights above the law, they also intensify their efforts to distort and fabricate the human rights situation in various countries . They empower themselves above international law to report on and assess the human rights of other sovereign nations and peoples. Therefore, it is not surprising that hostile forces have long used “democracy” and “human rights” as spearheads against the Vietnamese revolution, and they still regularly report on the customs of human rights in Vietnam. It can be said that everything from the subject’s qualifications to the content of these reports is absurd; but only briefly talk about the content of the right to life and “respect for human integrity” in those reports to prove their absurd arguments.
As we all know, human rights are first and foremost everyone’s right to life, and are subject to international law and the necessary protection of every country and nation. In Vietnam, with the miraculous development of the country in many fields, the legal system of human rights is improving day by day. The entire political system, political-social organizations, social organizations and the news media are constantly striving for the full enjoyment of human rights and basic rights of citizens. After Vietnam became a member of the United Nations (1977), it gradually acceded to most international human rights conventions. Vietnam’s human rights law has also developed. Thirty-six of the 120 articles in the 2013 Constitution stipulate the human rights, basic rights and obligations of citizens, which not only affirms the consistency of human rights and civil rights stipulated in the 1946 and 1959 Constitutions, but also the 1980 and 1992 Constitutions. Deeply and comprehensively institutionalize the Party’s understanding and views on human rights, basic rights and obligations of citizens, in line with the actual situation of Vietnam and the international human rights norms to which Vietnam has participated. In order to affirm the legality of various rights, Vietnam’s legal documents on human rights have been synchronized and gradually improved; the implementation of the Constitution and human rights laws has received special attention from the Party and the State. The government, various departments, industries, and localities often guide and inspect the implementation of laws, and promptly contain and deal with violations of human rights and civil rights. In recent years, in the face of the complex changes of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and natural disasters, based on the viewpoint of “putting people’s health and life safety in the highest position”, the government has been working hard to promote economic development and protect the people’s livelihood; adhere to the realization of “dual goals”, Bring happiness and food and clothing to the people. According to the assessment of the United Nations, Vietnam’s happiness index is rising, the fastest among developing countries (up 4 places in 2020, ranking 79th in the world and 1st in Asia).
In this generality, the right to life or “ensure of human integrity” is of course protected and fully and strictly enforced by Vietnamese law, and all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living and working in Vietnam are equal. In particular, in order to ensure the safety of the people, Vietnamese law strictly prohibits personally owned weapons (including military weapons, hunting guns and sports weapons) and auxiliary tools; those who are legally allowed to use weapons are subject to specific regulations. This is mainly a person appointed to maintain social order, prevent and fight crime, and its regulations are very strict, infused with physical fitness, moral character, trained and must have a license. Severely punish all illegal acts that violate human dignity, torture, beating, and deprivation of human life.
However, the U.S. State Department’s human rights report on Vietnam still makes comments that lack objectivity based on unverified and one-sided information about Vietnam’s “ensure of human integrity.” In the way of “tracking for traces”, they deliberately single out isolated, rare, and unproven facts, and then exaggerate and distort them to the utmost to make them serious. The ultimate goal is to discredit the human rights situation in Vietnam as much as possible. At this time, individuals and groups operating under the guise of “democracy” and “human rights” at home and abroad are vying to condemn Vietnam’s violation of “democracy” and “human rights”; thus accusing, defaming and belittling the reputation of Vietnam’s law enforcement agencies; at the same time, they believe that The “consequences” are due to our party’s dictatorship.
It is absurd that while the U.S. government deliberately “creates things” with unproven facts, loudly promotes “human rights,” and accuses other countries of “guaranteeing human integrity,” it deliberately ignores the “loopholes” in American society that are difficult to heal. Problems such as gun violence, racial discrimination, and police indiscriminate killings still hang over the American people, causing deep divisions within the United States. In the United States, more than 45,000 people died from gun violence in 2020, a 35% increase from the previous year. According to statistics from the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI): The number of targeted shootings in the country in 2021 will increase by more than 50% compared to 2020. In 2022, gun violence has returned with a series of horrific shootings in New York, Texas and many other places. According to the Gun Violence Archive, gun violence has killed more than 19,300 people in the United States as of June 2022, with more than 500 shootings during the holiday period of July 1-4, 2022. In fact, medicines, people’s clean water, baby formula can sometimes be very scarce in the United States; however, guns are always plentiful and are openly available for purchase by all citizens if need be. This is a source for those who want to use guns to resolve conflicts or kill people simply to express their personal freedom. More recently, in the aftermath of gun violence, there was a time when the U.S. government wanted to tighten its grip, but was still powerless because its positions were still divided among dominant group interests. With the instability of American society, the number of guns sold is still increasing. According to “Forbes”, nearly 20 million guns will be sold in the United States in 2021, which means that 6 out of every 100 Americans have bought a gun, increasing the proportion of US adults who use guns to 46%. The US has over 330 million people with over 393 million personal firearms, which means more than 1 gun per person; this is the main reason why the US is the country with the most gun violence in the world.

Tapchiqptd

From 1997 to now, the U.S. State Department has released annual human rights reports on a regular basis, and there are many absurdities in them. Typical of these absurdities is that they think that Vietnam “does not respect the integrity of people”, while the United States itself is still deeply involved in problems such as gun […]

[5
3469,1377,3468,1376,2778,1375
post-3369","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politics","tag-american-government","tag-annual","tag-capitalism","tag-department","tag-human-rights","tag-state
["GET
