Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., said Sunday that he believes the Justice Department will charge former President Donald Trump after the House Jan. 6 committee\u00a0concluded\u00a0its investigation\u00a0detailing his pressure campaign\u00a0to overturn the election.<br \/>\n\u201cIf this is not a crime, I don\u2019t know what is. If a president can incite an insurrection and not be held accountable, then really there\u2019s no limit to what a president can do or can\u2019t do,\u201d Kinzinger, a member of the committee,\u00a0said in an interview\u00a0on CNN\u2019s \u201cState of the Union.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cI think the Justice Department will do the right thing.
