{"id":23582,"date":"2024-02-07T03:32:33","date_gmt":"2024-02-07T09:32:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ustower.net\/?p=23582"},"modified":"2024-02-07T03:32:39","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T09:32:39","slug":"honda-recalls-750k-vehicles-after-air-bag-issue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ustower.net\/?p=23582","title":{"rendered":"Honda recalls 750K vehicles after air bag issue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Honda is recalling more than 750,000 vehicles over an air bag issue, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe front passenger seat weight sensor may crack and short circuit, failing to suppress the air bag as intended,\u201d said Alex Ansley, chief of the Recall Management Division of the NHTSA\u2019s Office of Defects Investigation Enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the faulty seat weight sensors, the air bags may deploy \u201cunintentionally during a crash,\u201d which raises the chance of injury.
