Biden did not respond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The reporter followed up with another question, asking: \u201cDo you think that the border is secure?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo, it\u2019s not,\u201d Biden responded. \u201cI haven\u2019t believed that for the last 10 years. And I\u2019ve said it for the last 10 years.
