Production of that model is ending this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">369 people will be laid off from Lansing Grand River Assembly\/Stamping, where production of the Chevrolet Camaro is ending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What they&#8217;re saying:&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8220;Lansing Grand River Assembly informed employees today that the plant will adjust staffing levels due to the end of Camaro production,&#8221; GM said in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.detroitnews.com\/story\/business\/autos\/chrysler\/2023\/12\/14\/gm-layoffs-autoworkers-uaw-chevrolet-camaro-bolt-production-end\/71923598007\/\"><u>a statement<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;to media outlets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">&#8220;As a result, about 350 employees will be affected beginning Jan. 2.
