So far, more than $32 million has been spent on ads in the race this year, per the ad-tracking firm AdImpact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pace is historic \u2014 Democrats in 2019 didn\u2019t cross the $30 million ad-spending threshold (like Republicans did last week) until July.
